JOB PROFILE

The company needs a team of aggressive technically
trained computer literate people who are
competent and capable to work as Junior
Project Executive (JPE) and Project
Executive(PE) in the company. The
job responsibilities of the Project Executive
(Teaching Faculty)
will involve working at the project sites
of the company which are schools and colleges
spread over the states of Uttaranchal, Punjab,
Rajasthan and Gujarat. The candidate should
be willing to relocate and work at any of
our project sites. Adequate training and
inputs will be provided by the company to
undertake the responsibilities at the school
projects of the company. The candidate has
to work as a member of the V.S.Silicon team
at the project site. The incumbent should
have a genuine desire to take teaching as
a serious profession. As an employee of
vs. silicon you should have good communication
skills and good command over written and
spoken english.
Boarding and lodging
will be provided to all the employees of
the company at all the project sites. Probation
period will vary between 6 months to 12
months and will depend on the merit of each
candidate. On completion of the probation
each employee is entitled to casual leave
as per rules and other benefits available
to each employee of the company.

the appointment and the financial hierarchy

PROFILE DETAILS
Junior Project
Executive (Male/Female) :
Candidate should be a graduate
with Post Graduation Diploma in Computer
Applications. Expertise in teaching MS Office,
HTML, Java, C++ and flash is important.
Previous experience is not important but
related experience in teaching will be an
added qualification. Salary for this profile
will vary between Rs. 60,000/- p.a. - Rs.
1,00,000/- p.a. depending on the qualification,
experience and the eligibility criteria’s
laid down by the company.
Project Executive
(Male/Female) :
Candidate should be graduate with MCA or
any equivalent qualification. Expertise
in teaching MS Office, HTML, Java, C++ and
Flash is important. Previous experience
in teaching is important. Salary
is totally based on the existing remuneration
received and will be higher for deserving
candidates.
Boarding and Lodging is additional and is
a standard prerequisite for all the employees
at the project sites. Secured accommodation
within the campus is provided for male and
female employees. Food is also served within
the campus itself. Electricity and water
charges is a perquisite extended to all
the employees – absolutely free of
cost.
Manager HR and Coordination (Male / Female)
:
The candidate should be a graduate
preferably MBA in HR with extremely good
communication skills and an excellent command
on written and spoken English. Related exposure
and experience of minimum 2 years is desirable
in administration, PR and Coordination.
It is expected that the incumbent should
have a good exposure in I.T. (information
Technology).
Candidates having experience in
administration and teaching can also apply.
The work profile involves
1. |
Analyzing and documenting
a series of reports called the daily
campus reports. |
2. |
Compile, lay down and execute the
syllabus at various project sites
(schools) with the project leaders
at sites for implementation. |
3. |
Undertake HR issues of the manpower
employed with the company. |
4. |
Develop and design schedules for
maintenance of hardware at site and
organize logistics and fulfill requisitions. |
5. |
To check progress of syllabus ,
smooth execution of the time able,
executive performances, feedbacks
from projects. Set deadlines, assign
portfolios and manage them.

On completion of the probation period the
employees of the organization are entitled
to casual leave - 15 days.
HRA is also permissible for married
candidates, and in special cases can
be given even during probation. Each employee
