All the staff appointments are after mutual consultations and are strictly as per regulating board norms, the staff appointed is highly qualified and technically competent. All appointments at each site are made after mutual consultation and with the institutional heads only.

Curriculum

The IT Education curriculum of V.S.Silicon is designed with regulating Board norms for regular classes and also for those classes which appear for the board Examination. However, specific focus is made towards promoting a curriculum, which is more vocationalised. The computer literacy program is graded and the main features are;
(A) Ensuring lesser theory and more emphasis on practical assignments.

(B) The implementation of a unique teaching methodology called the MTM(Module teaching methodology)

(C) Complementing the curriculum on CD's(Visual interactive media) of the applictions being taught in each class, along with the practicals.These CD assignments,are self guided tutorials, question banks and contain massive array of quizzes which cover varied aspects of the IT curriculum being taught in each class.

(D) The CLP's basic objective is to ensure a web based curricula,which is the need of the hour.
